why can't those businesses there worth billions just come together, pool resources and put proper drainage and put it as a csr or business expense? hiyo spot has been like that for ages, opposite pia kuna total petrol station, ever flooding during rainy season.

that might be a good solution, but the real question is where will they be draining the water too.
they can fix areas around them but if the water still wont find a way out of the whole zone, its pointless.
