In solidarity with the Headteacher of Kagir Primary School who was killed by bandits today at Kosile-Baringo North while on his way to school for his son's Academic Day.

He was a survivor of another bandit attack when he was a boy that left him blinded.

I saw some teachers at some point agitating for personal arms in such hardship areas. I think it should be stepped up. Those who are willing and ready should be given the appropriate training and issued arms to be used while on duty.

Criminals don't follow the law. If the law criminalises self defense with lethal weapons, it is the good people who will suffer
