I think that if we were taught to talk more, there'd be more cases of abused children in Africa and the Middle East plus lots of Asian countries. The weirdest part is that these are considered the most "conservative". Americans and Europeans have more stats only because they actually encourage and support victims of sexual abuse, not because they have MORE victims of it.
