It's called abuse of power or a relationship with "unequal power dynamics". Human relationships will always have unequal power dynamics. The issue is what the society frowns upon and makes taboo. What Clinton did with Lewinsky was considered taboo by many culturally conservative people in the US. However, that seems to have changed in recent years.

I might be wrong but I think you might be overthinking it bro.
Many men especially in power would never not have such scandals - real or imagined. If it's a person's character on sex matters, then the pussy-grabber is currently in the White House after having an array of women.
Bill ain't perfect but if the issue here is his connection with Epstein, then the pedo guy was Trump's buddy too. Not saying evil for evil is good but you do know that the Mail is probably the most right-wing publication in the UK and so the dots join themselves here.
