The Lands Ministry has stopped all land rent payments via e-Citizen platform and henceforth will be made on the new ardhisasa platform.

All those with pending land transactions (within Nairobi County), which have been paid for and are awaiting survey details have been directed to submit them to the Director of Land Administration, Ardhi House, Nairobi, for completion within 14 days from Monday, May 17, 2021 or they will be forced to forfeit the fees already paid.

Is it fully active for civilians yet, ive tried paying land rent and following up a caution but im advised to follow up manually at ardhi hse.
