I still believe that nationalizing KQ and merging it with Kenya Airports Authority is still the best option. Quatar, Ethiopia and Rwanda have done it. KQ brings a lot of business to JKIA, which also brings a lot of casual visitors and tourists. If we let KQ fall, we will have a lot of jobless people very soon?
