PSC wanajua walifanya unaladhuri hapa. They should settle this matter ASAP! Ni ukinga and indefensible!

It's unfair and arbitrary to hire someone at a higher grade and then unilaterally decide to lower it.

If this precedent is allowed to stand, employers, especially in the private sector will create a mess.
