:) mimi huona government ikibomoa nyumba za watu wamejenga kwa sewerage land, the same way sasa ka reli ni illegal wang'oe. If they can do that to the citizens then I guess the law should apply across board.

    Nairobi metropolitan services

sure it falls under the national government, but I don think their scope is to undertake the said projects, to put it bluntly 'hawa ni sonko aliwagawia kazi' :). Nairobi metropolitan services

These are national government projects not county level, I dont see the role of the nairobi metro services board in that, as far as cleaning up Nairobi is concerned I dont think the big issue is in the CBD, but in the estates, the slum areas and the rapidly growing suburbs.

it will be interesting how they will do that on thika road, with brt on the inner most lane, unless brt will be an express service with no stops in between it seems complex building stations along the inner lanes, on uhuru highway with the toll road I dont think much will be done to alleviate...

Braeburn vs Wakanyaks Group of Schools.

In the past the demand for education was low, and at that time it was just about the kids getting an education, as long as one went to school the future was bright, not the case nowadays, and the rich or the haves have shifted attention from just getting an education to getting some 'quality'...

AG Kihara responds to CJ Maraga

:) of course at some point egos get in the way and each one wants to show the other who is boss, but at the end of the day for the beef to get to those levels it starts with a citizen presenting their case before the courts, so both parties work for the citizens whether its giving determinations...

AG Kihara responds to CJ Maraga

I would disagree with you on the interdependence, there should be none and that is how the constitution was laid out, the focus was on independent institutions, a judge should not have to make a ruling thinking of whether the executive will respect it or not, or how the executive will feel about...

AG Kihara responds to CJ Maraga

is it a case of courts relying on police to effect their orders or is it citizens depending on police to do the same. If dependency was required why do we have independent institutions in the first place, I think we use that dependency and inter departmental workings to rubbish the independence...

    Kenya Economic Recovery Council

hope kando, why a council for that, the problem with this type of committees is that they just get too bureaucratic, set ups and all, before the council reaches an agreement and presents credible findings we will already have gone into an election and there will be a new government

politics does things to people, crazy but those who were abusing rao have turned into his most ardent defenders, those who were abusing uk are now his supporters , those who were supporting wsr dont even want to hear his name, enyewe politics turns men into boys.
