These are national government projects not county level, I dont see the role of the nairobi metro services board in that, as far as cleaning up Nairobi is concerned I dont think the big issue is in the CBD, but in the estates, the slum areas and the rapidly growing suburbs.

it will be interesting how they will do that on thika road, with brt on the inner most lane, unless brt will be an express service with no stops in between it seems complex building stations along the inner lanes, on uhuru highway with the toll road I dont think much will be done to alleviate...

In the past the demand for education was low, and at that time it was just about the kids getting an education, as long as one went to school the future was bright, not the case nowadays, and the rich or the haves have shifted attention from just getting an education to getting some 'quality'...

is it a case of courts relying on police to effect their orders or is it citizens depending on police to do the same. If dependency was required why do we have independent institutions in the first place, I think we use that dependency and inter departmental workings to rubbish the independence...
