Hello Ken. Are there assured onion buyers? I once harvested and was really hard getting a buyer and had to incur extra costs to transport to the town centre and hire stores. Are there buyers who come to buy from the farm? That discouraged a bit especially if doing large-scale from 15-30 tonnes...
