SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST POLICE.
It was reported vide OB.Xx/8/12/2021 by one businessman of Animal Feeds at Kahuro, Muranga County that on 5/12/2021 at around 0200hrs while driving along Kagio - Sagana road in a motor vehicle KBA 034N Isuzu lorry carrying animal hey, he was intercepted by police officers in a police land cruiser reg no. GK B134Y of Kigio Police Station on allegation that his vehicle was ferrying bhang
Police searched the vehicle but no recovery was made. Police insisted that they go to Kagio police station.
On the way to police station, they demand Ksh.200,000/- from him which he didn't have.
He was directed to park the vehicle at a car wash within Kagio town, bundled in police vehicle and directed to pull money from his bank accounts to m-pesa for ease withdrawal as he had no bank card.
They then took him to Merika petrol station Ngurubani, Equity bank, co-op ATM Kagio where he withdrew total ksh.80,000/- and gave them.
He was released at around 0400hrs for home.
Today he reported the matter to Kirinyaga west police commander and investigations commenced.
Kagio Police Officers who were using the vehicle on the fateful night have been summoned for identification parade.

Sasa,how does kushrub majina za watu,and criminal elements in the police force get connected. Aren't these guys undoing the good work afandes like you are busy trying to do.

We (Meria and I) are discussing the misspelled word hey instead of Hay.
The criminal elements will get their day in court and pay for their stupidity, it's actually a betrayal of their oath of office and they will pay dearly for it.

Truth be told the queen's language is murdered in this signals.
Makes you wonder which school the writer attended if at all he did.
I propose that every police station hire their own scribe like DCI to be penning the compositions .
@It's Me Scumbag has brought life to DCI pages in social media but he is blind when police who have now all become DCI sleuths and detectives harass and oppress the public

Social media has brought to the public internal KPF communication which has its own style and nuances only meant to be understood by the insiders.

The soul of this story is that the cops have become worse than thugs. Then follows the amazing fact that if you report the assholes, there are superiors who'll believe you and take action.

Tuone sasa whether DCI will be brought in to seal this case. Their Mpesa transactions and cellphone locations will confirm their guilt.

note that the "Hey" transporter didnt report the theft in Muranga County but opted to report in Kirinyaga County. your guess is as good as mine.
