SUBJECT: SHOOTING INCIDENT REPORT.Reported by NO.248828 PC (W) Emma Sopiato attached to gilgil weighbridge police station in company of Joseph Muchiri TEL NO.0720362775 the manager incharge mobile weighbridge Ngong/Suswa road and Christopher Ochieng TEL NO.0714143629 The driver OF KCY186W a toyota hilux double cabin. that they were persuing a M/V REG KCX 330Z TATA TIPPER and on reaching kimuka trading center M/R BJ 350055 about 5 KM west of the station, the driver of the said lorry on being flanked to stop he defied the order and instead reversed to hit the occupants, that during the commotion, the reportee who was seated at back right of the driver discharged her riffle an AK 47 S/NO 4915784. which hit NO.95790 CPL Fanuel Abongo a colleague on the right side of ribs and exited through the left side of ribs. he was rushed to Ngong sub county hospital and was referred to KNH where he was pronouced dead on arrival. The riffle has been kept at the armoury and suspect placed in custody.Further investigations in progress DCI NGONG DEALING.

I have lived among non bonobos and what they do when faced with a runaway driver is to either chase them down until they have an opportune moment to make a PIT manoeuvre or radio ahead for a barricade to be placed on the road where the suspect vehicle will pass. Hii ya kufuata lorry hapa na hapa ndio gani wajameni? You and I both know that the bribe was too much to pass up but unlike you, nimekubali matokeo.

Its why enforcement of rules on our roads imeshinda karau. Their no. 1 goal is kukula hongo, so they cannot give a wayward drive to cops manning the next station on the road, to them ni kuwinda then kupatia jirani nyama. Same with evidence ya automatic cameras
